An Aquarian Look at Geriatric Massage
This 8 CE workshop explores the changing face of geriatric massage. From the traditional 30 minute massage sequence to marketing and working in a retirement community, we will look at how Baby Boomers, 10,000 turn 65 daily, are affecting this segment of the massage world.
Please bring a set of sheets, 2 towels and 2 pillows (tie dye optional – but encouraged!).
Sue Wood, LMT, is a PA licensed massage therapist and a certified shiatsu practitioner. She has served as a massage therapy instructor, program head and advisory board member in the Philadelphia area since 2001. She is the owner of Massage For Healthy Aging and is currently the oncology massage therapist at Bryn Mawr Hospital.
