NEW HYBRID MODEL CPR! ONLINE COURSE + SHORT, IN-PERSON ASSESSMENT
The Heartsaver CPR and AED course teaches how to provide CPR, use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and relieve choking, for adults and children. The first portion will be the online class done through American Heart Association, followed up by an in-person, hands-on assessment. After purchase you will receive an email with an unique link to the AHA course (please give us up to 48 hours to send the link, depending on when you purchase). This email will include detailed instructions for completing the course, which may be done at your leisure from the comfort of your own home. Once the online portion is completed, you can schedule a one-on-one assessment at GotYourBack’s facility. This assessment will take up to 20 minutes. You will not receive a valid certificate unless both portions are done. Each participant will receive a Heartsaver CPR AED American Heart Association course completion that is valid for two years. Course is open to health care professionals and the general public who may be interested in learning this important skill. Certification is approved for massage therapy license renewal as well as related heath care professions.
