Dr. Heather Lash, DC - Advanced
Certification Instructor
Dr. Heather Lash, D.C. is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic in the
States of Pennsylvania and Florida. She grew up in Conshohocken, PA and
after graduating from high school, went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in
Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University. Dr. Lash continued
her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL, one
of only 18 Chiropractic Colleges in the United States. In addition to her
Chiropractic Degree, Dr. Lash earned certificates in
Neuro-Proprioceptive Taping technique, Graston
technique, Activator Methods, and studied several other manual techniques
including Gua Sha and Trigger Point therapy. Following graduation from Palmer,
Dr. Lash obtained a Certification in Functional Diagnostic
Medicine in an effort to better aid her patients in their nutritional needs.

Jim Earley, LMT, MBA - Advanced
Certification Instructor
Jim Earley has worked full-time in sports massage for over 12 years. He
has worked with 15 colleges and universities (Princeton, University of
Maryland, and Johns Hopkins to name a few). Notable clients include
Olympian Michael Phelps, US Tennis Team, and the US Swimming Team. Jim
maintains practices in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Shannon Haughey, LMT, CYI -Advanced
Certification Instructor
Shannon received her training in Shiatsu at
the prestigious Ohashi Institute in Chicago and New York. She studied
directly with Wataru Ohashi, the founder of the Ohashi Institute, at a time
when he was instrumental in introducing the west to this ancient art.Shannon
also uses CranioSacral Therapy as a compliment to her work. CranioSacral
Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tension deep in the body
to relieve pain and dysfunction. This technique was developed by John Upgleger,
D.O. Shannon remains excited about her work and in addition to maintaining a
private practice she has become an educator in the healing arts field and a
Certified Yoga Instructor.

Beth Villante, BSN, LMT - Advanced
Certification Instructor
Beth graduated from the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy in 1999.
She founded the South Street Healing Center in November of 1999 where she
worked side by side with her mentor Dr. Paul Brown Bodhise a naturopathic
Chiropractor and body worker. There she learned the Bodhise Method of
Neuromuscular Therapy. In 2001 Beth studied Oncology Massage with Gayle
MacDonald MS, LMT one of the pioneers of the field and author of Medicine
Hands: Massage Therapy for People With Cancer. Later she joined the team at the
Myrna Brind Center of Integrative Medicine at Jefferson Hospital practicing
clinical massage in a hospital setting. Beth specializes in Neuromuscular
Therapies, Myofascial, Swedish, Pfrimmer, Sports, Perinatal, Oncology and
Geriatric and Hospice massage modalities. In addition to her massage
studies Beth became a Registered Nurse in 2011 and then completed her BSN from
Chamberlain College of Nursing. Beth taught Massage Therapy and all related
science course work at the National Massage Therapy Institute prior to joining
the hospice team at The Home Care Network Hospice. Beth is an
enthusiastic Nurse Massage Therapist, passionate about integrating massage
therapy into the changing face of healthcare.

Aaron Mittica, L.Ac., Dipl.,
Aaron Mittica is a licensed acupuncturist and chiropractic assistant. His strong roots in alternative medicine came about at a young age as the son of two local Lafayette Hill chiropractors. After graduating from Drew University with a degree in Chemistry and a minor in Biology, he taught Chemistry and Physics for four years before turning to Acupuncture. He attended the Won Institute of Graduate Studies in Glenside, PA, graduating in 2013. Arron has a strong belief that acupuncture is essential for bringing about balance for the body to promote healing. Along with Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques, Aaron practices Five Element Acupuncture - A theory that follows the natural cycles of life and energy movement. Patients have deemed his practices "innovative" and "creative" through his integration of Western and Eastern medicines; combining both to treat the whole patient, not just the symptoms.

Susan Hanna, LMT - Advanced
Certification Instructor
Susan Hanna is a nationally certified massage therapist and
aesthetician. She began her career as a graduate of Delaware Training
Institute of Massage Therapy. Susan worked as an instructor at The National
Massage Therapy Institute in Wilmington, DE where
she taught anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, theory and principles of massage.
Susan owns A Magical Escape, LLC in North Wilmington, DE.

Lara Logan, LMT
Lara has a 25 year career spanning dance, movement education, physical
rehabilitation and bodywork massage practices. Beginning in the field of dance
she completed her Fine Arts at Temple University. She went on to the Medical
College at Hahnemann University to complete her Physical Therapy Assistant
Associates. After spending 10 years in outpatient physical therapy she went on
to obtain her Pa license in massage. She has currently worked privately for
7years as a bodyworker focusing on fascial modalities. She has been a teacher
and quest instructor throughout the Philadelphia and New Jersey regions. She
enjoys the application of science with the intuition of therapeutic physical
artistry and the hallmark of her work is blending both movement and manual modalities
to meet the highest standard for her clients. Workshops taught by Lara

Sue Wood, LMT
Sue Wood is a PA licensed massage therapist and an AOBTA certified
shiatsu practitioner. She is also a graduate of the shiatsu Instructor's
Training Program at the Meridian Shiatsu Institute in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
She has served in the Wellness industry as a teacher, department supervisor and
advisory board member in massage programs in Philadelphia and the
surrounding region.

Maria O'Connell, LMT
Maria O'Connell is a certified CPR and First Aid instructor with the American
Heart Association, and has been teaching CPR classes since 2005. She is
also a PA licensed massage therapist, in practice since 2002. Maria holds
a bachelor's degree in Psychology, and has worked in the fields of mental
health and human resources. Currently, her work includes providing job
training to mental health professionals.
Karen Giglio, RN, LMT
Karen Giglio is a leader in the education and mentoring of thousands of
Massage Therapists in the Northeast Region. She is a graduate of Body
Dynamics School of Therapeutic Massage in Albuquerque, NM and has a B.S. in
Healthcare Management. Karen has been writing curriculum and teaching, as well
as managing and training faculty at massage therapy schools in Pennsylvania,
New Jersey, Virginia and New Mexico. Karen is currently teaching for
Anthem Institute in Springfield, PA leading the Medical Assisting, Medical
Billing and Coding and Massage Therapy Teams.

Olga Morris, FNP/CMT
Olga Morris has been teaching Peri-Natal Massage for over 18 years for the
Arizona School of Integrative Studies' near Sedona, Arizona. Olga's home
base is in Cottonwood, Arizona where her
daily work is a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and clinical coordinator of
integrative services for the Healing Arts Center. She is also an International Trainer of Infant Massage
Education.

Pamela West, LMT, M.Ed. -Advanced Certification Instructor
Pamela West, M.Ed. maintains private practices as a body therapist in
both Philadelphia, since 1983, and Doylestown, since 1997. She earned a
Masters in dance from Temple University. Pamela is certified in Body
Education and holds a certificate of Personal Enrichment in the Alexander
Technique through The Alexander Foundation. She has over thirty years'
experience in movement studies. This background in movement supports her
myofascial practice as she works with clients' structural, movement and
tensional patterns. She has taught structural myofascial work at Lourdes
Institute of Holistic Studies in Collingswood, New Jersey for over fifteen
years.
